Books, Babies, and Other Things is here to answer any questions you may have from Monday through Friday. Any questions that are on the weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be answered on the next business day (Monday). Be sure to include the description number and title. Response Time less than 48 hours.

For customer Service, please call 215-469-3072 M-F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET and we can address any concerns you may have. We answer our email usually within 3-4 hours and certainly within 24 hours so emailing us may get your concerns addressed just as fast as calling! You can email us at [email protected]

Please remember that as our jewelry is custom made for you, it may take 7-10 day to finish each piece before it is can be shipped to you. Please be patient, the rewards of your custom jewelry will be well worth the wait!
