To quality for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not return a item without a RMA number or it will NOT be accepted.

Cancellation may only be made BEFORE your order has been processed for shipment. Most orders are processed for shipment within the same business day of order. You have until 11:59 Eastern Time of that same business day to cancel.

At this time, Books, Babies and Other Things can only accept payment through PAYPAL. If you do not have a "confirmed and verified address" through PayPal, and the payment is over $7.00, we will decline payment.

BBOT attempt to ship out orders as soon as payment is received from purchaser; within 1-3 business days. If your payment is an eCheck through Paypal, it will take longer time; within 7 business days.

All orders varies depending on destination. Please click on "More Destinations" under detail information and fill in your country and zipcode for the shipping rate to you.

BBOT ships orders with the most economical way available, but mostly use the following shipping methods: USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, DHL, FEDEx or AIRMAIL. For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of the U.S.), Books, Babies, & Other Things ONLY ship by DHL, EMS, FedEx or AIRMAIL. International postage will be determined.

Sorry, BBOT can only ship to standard physical address. No military installation locations.

INSURANCE is RECOMMENDED on ALL Items Postal insurance (in the U.S.) is available FREE with USPS priority mail, FEDEx, USP, UPS, FEDEx shipping, under a determined amount for each shipping service. For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of the U.S.), Books, Babies, & Other Things ONLY ship by DHL, EMS, FedEx or AIRMAIL. International postage insurance will be determined by each shipping service.
