Terms of Service

All Sales are FINAL. "As-Is" condition, unless stated in description.

Every payment will be made in the United States Currency.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation may only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Most orders are processed for shipment within the same business day of order. You have until 11:59 Eastern Time of that same business day to cancel.

All USED items are sold AS-IS and no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. When you purchase these items you do so under this no return no refund policy and knowing that the product is sold AS-IS and are not subject to our regular discount fee.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, BBOT shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BBOT shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close-ups of the images.



SHIPPING INFO

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive payment for it, and within 1-3 business days.

Books, Babies, and Other Things uses several shipping methods depending on destination.

We use the following SHIPPING methods: USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, DHL, FEDEx or AIRMAIL.

For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of the U.S.), Books, Babies, & Other Things ONLY ship by DHL, EMS, FedEx or AIRMAIL. International postage will be determined.

Postal insurance (in the U.S.) is available free with USPS priority mail shipping and RECOMMENDED on all items.

BBOT is NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST or DAMAGED items. All packages are carefully and securely serviced with pride. After turning in packages to the postal worker for shipping, they are now responsible for the item(s).

No Shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States or Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. We can not ship to Post Office Box, (Military Base) FP0, or APO address. Please include a physical address for delivery, and must be a confirmed & verified address through Paypal.

If an item is out-of-stock, and not excepted within 20 days, we can backorder the item or cancel it. You will be notified on its status by email and phone number.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out.


RETURNS

BOOKS, BABIES, & OTHER THINGS AIM FOR COMPLETE CUSTOMER SANCTIFICATION.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, unless it's an used item purchased. We want to hear about it immediately; within the next two (2) business days from delivery date received. If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, the seller promises that you may return it. There's a 20% restocking fee (if applicable) on all items send back to Books, Babies, and Other Things.

If the item is determined to be damage by the postal service or you (the purchaser), you will receive a refund less restocking charges and original shipping cost to you.

If the item(s) of returned are in GOOD condition with ORIGINAL packages, you will receive a refund minus restocking fee or an equal exchange to address listed on sales order.

Please send an email to [email protected] and request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). NO RETURNS WITHOUT RMA NUMBER will be accepted.


PRIVACY NOTICE

All information gathered by Books, Babies, and Other Things for your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individuals EVER. The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible.
